Privacy Policy

We respect your concern about privacy and employ all reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of the information you provide. Any information provided by you to CHS Hedging (the Company), its parent company, CHS Inc., or any of its affiliated businesses is used for internal business purposes only, and to support your relationship with the Company and any of its affiliated businesses. This policy applies to the Company and all of its affiliated businesses. 
    
We need to collect information in connection with establishing and maintaining your account with the Company. We also need this information so that the Company and our affiliated businesses can better support and meet your needs, and provide a superior level of service. The Company collects information in three (3) general categories: 
    
  1. Information we receive from you on your application and other forms you submit to us (for example, your name, address, Social Security number, assets and income); 
  2. Information about your transactions and account experience with the Company or our affiliated businesses (for example, your account balance, payment and purchase history); and 
  3. Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency (for example, your creditworthiness and credit history).
We do not disclose any non-public personal information about you or former customers to anyone, except as may be permitted or required by law. We may disclose all three categories of general non-public personal information (as described herein) to the Company's affiliated businesses to which this policy applies.

We may also disclose all of the information we collect as described herein to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. To protect your privacy, we work only with companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality protections and limit the use of information we provide. We do not permit these companies to sell to other third parties the information we provide them. 
    
We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
